YouTube and Google Being Sued for Censorship

Oct 25, 2017

A conservative digital media organization called PragerU is suing YouTube and its parent company Google for censorship. The group posts conservative oriented videos on various subjects on YouTube and the lawsuit alleges that they are routinely censored by the video company. Sometimes they label the videos as “adult content” that limits their availability. On other occasions their videos have been labeled as “hate speech” and banned. This includes a video interview with a Muslim man who discussed how he was raised to be anti-Semetic. The suit argues that using that under criteria YouTube would be justified in not allowing anything pertaining to the Holocaust.
