California Politician Protects His Property With A Firearm

Jul 13, 2017

A Democrat Fresno Councilman stopped an intruder at his house in Fresno. This was the second time in a week that the intruder trespassed onto the property. The first time he stole several small things. Councilman Chavez confronted the intruder with a gun and asked, “What the (expletive) are you doing on my property?” The intruder fled the house with Chavez chasing him. Police came and captured the intruder. Lest the Hoi Polloi get any ideas that firearms might stop crime, police Lt Mark Hudson said, “In this kind of case, where something happened on Wednesday and then he comes back on Sunday, it shows that this thief wasn’t too concerned about people being home – a ‘hot prowl’ case. These people can be dangerous. The first priority is to protect yourself in your home and call 911.”
